Assess

I will use the feedback from my supervisors to develop self-improvement plans. I will utilize this plan by conducting self-assessments to narrow down the areas I need to improve and strengthen. As I continue to move through the school counseling program and as I continue to move forward as a school counseling professional, I will monitor and assess the school counseling comprehensive plan and make adjustments as needed.
